Merge PDFs into one file
You signed a contract that came back as five separate files, and it has to go out as one. Add the files, put them in the order you want, and take away a single PDF.
Free, no account needed, and your file stays on your device.
Drop files here
PDF. Up to 100 MB each, 30 files at a time.
In three steps
- 1Add your PDFs with Upload from device.
- 2Order the list with the up and down arrows.
- 3Click Merge PDFs, then Download.
What you get
Your file stays with you
The merge runs on your own computer. A signed contract never travels to anyone else's server.
The order you set
Files join in the order shown in the list, not by file name, so the cover page stays first.
Same text, same pictures
Text stays selectable and scans keep the quality they had, so the merged file prints like the originals.
Questions
- Will the pages stay in the order I set?
- Yes. Each file contributes all of its pages, top to bottom down the list, and the arrows move a file up or down until it reads right.
- Can I merge only part of a file?
- Not in one go. Run Extract pages on that PDF first to keep what you need, then merge the shorter file with the rest.
- What about bookmarks and form fields?
- They do not survive a merge. If the contract has fillable fields you still need, print it to a PDF first so the answers become part of the page.
Got what you needed? There is more
A free account keeps your files in one place, 5 GB of them, and hands you credits every month to make new ones. Images, video, voiceover, 3D: it is all in there for when a quick fix is not enough.
