What you get
One file for the inbox
Receipts, a signed form and its photos arrive as a single attachment instead of eleven separate files.
Pages that fit the picture
Fit image gives each page the shape of the picture on it, or put every image on A4 or Letter.
Mixed formats are fine
Phone photos, screenshots and scans can go into the same document, so nothing needs converting first.
Questions
- Will the photos still look sharp?
- Yes, at normal viewing and printing sizes. Very large pictures are scaled down a little, which is what keeps a long document of phone photos from stalling partway.
- Can I choose the page order?
- Yes. Images become pages in the order of the list, and the arrows beside each file move it up or down until the order reads right.
- What happens to a transparent PNG?
- The see-through parts come out white on the page. Keep the original PNG as well if you need the transparency for something else later on.
